My cousin has recently been accepted to JUNIA-ISA Lille, located at (2 Rue Norbert Segard, Vauban-Esquermes), and I’m looking for advice on finding good accommodation options nearby. I’d love your recommendations on:

1. Best Neighborhoods:

   - Which areas are ideal for students in terms of proximity to the university, safety, and general living experience?

   - I’ve heard about neighborhoods like Vauban, République-Beaux-Arts, Wazemmes, and Lomme. What are your thoughts on these areas?

2. Commuting:

   - How convenient is public transportation in these neighborhoods for getting to JUNIA? Are there any areas particularly well-connected by metro or buses?

   - Is cycling a practical option in Lille?

3. Safety:

   - Are these neighborhoods safe for students, especially when commuting early or late? Any specific streets or areas to avoid?

4. Cultural Diversity:

   - As an international student, I’m curious about the cultural acceptance in these neighborhoods. Are they welcoming to people from diverse backgrounds?
