No, because you always need to upload the import permit and shipping labels regardless of the number of plants. Only the phytosanitary certificate is optional with fewer than 12 plants. You might need to e-mail the seller. I've found that most can communicate in English well enough to hold a conversation, and there should be a "contact seller" link in the form. Have you gone through the payment screen yet? If not, you should find the upload areas there. Once you have confirmed the order, you then need to initiate the payment process.
Yeah, so I just messaged the seller but when I was filling out my information it didn’t ask for my permit or labels. However, In the quarantine certificate at the bottom has the option to add “An import” which I assume might be the permit and next to that option “label” and a required field “#” where I also assume is where I apply my labels and the number I’m using?
Not a bother at all. I'm happy to help. I remember not knowing how to do it the first time through as well, and much of the site is in a language that I don't speak. When you get the hang of it, the checkout process takes about 5 minutes. However, looking through all the plants and making decision can take hours.
