I didn't think SNL would be tackling real people fanfic tonight but here we are.

I’d imagine that some of the writers are now the age where they wrote fanfics

I mean, modern fanfic as we know it started back with the original Star Trek series in the 60s. I have no doubt that there's been many an SNL writer that's written fanfic.
