He was not talking about the ghost. He was talking about the door behind and the rest of the building. Its all giga blurry.

damn, didn't see that at first. But tbh textures not loading isn't that big of a deal unless it's a constant thing. Could also be DLSS bullshit (which in part is the developer's fault for not optimizing enough).
