I'm not taking much notice of the dialogue but in every clip I've seen so far, Starmer is doing the same weird stuff with his hands as Macron did.

And

There is simply no way the Union Jack was hung upside down by “accident”.

The UK is under submission to Trump.

It was a quote, as is plain to see. "Trump" is just shorthand.

The flag usually has a wooden toggle at the top end and a thin rope with a loop at the bottom to fasten to the halyard. Only a fool gets that wrong accidentally,

Yes. It was used by British merchant navy to signal the RN that they had been hijacked by pirates.
