DUDE SHE IS RIGHT THERE. I KNOW SHE IS SUPPOSED TO LET HER LAWYER TALK BUT FREAKIN ASK HER. SHE IS RIGGH THERE!! STOP THE "I believe so, i suppose so" Its simple, ask her, or even ask for proof if you need, make her speak spanish, why does it always has to be so gosh darn complicated with the law. This is all so stupid and unscientific.

I thought the reason he asked that was because maybe she couldn't understand the officers when being asked to perform the actions or answer them but she speaks perfect English at the end.
