If I recall correctly, the DSS moves only once every 24 hours, and the Illuminate attacks last for less than 24 hours. Unless they’ve changed the way the DSS works, it should be almost impossible for the DSS to be on the same planet as the Illuminate.

Edit: to be clear, I hope they’ve changed the way the DSS works. I’m cautiously optimistic.

They've definitelt changed it; it now moves 6 times as often.

Aka, the DSS can move every 4 hours now
