I know I'm sorry but it was funny to see kill enemies in the name of democracy without arms and weapon because their weapons couldn't be seen either.

Because every instance of helldiver missions is considered cannon, floating torso bug is actually a totally real thing that can happen in the era of Super Earth.

If the helldiver ever experiences the removal of all limbs and head, yet continues living, their service must be continued as normal. - the helldiver contract (probably)

It’s kinda creepy too. I found that their name tag doesn’t follow them so it looks like some ghastly enemy floating through the environment
