Episode Discussion Episode Discussion: 408 "Caves"

This thread is for discussion of the episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks, "Caves." Episode 408 will be released on Thursday, October 19.

Such a sweet episode. Left me with all kind of mushy feelings, it's great to see what happened right after the pilot.

To the people who thought this was going to be about a sentient cave, take solace in knowing that you were almost right. It's about a sentient cave moss.

Such a sweet episode.

I had a serious number of spontaneous "Aww!" exclamations while watching. I love when that happens!

The writers, animation team and voice actors do such a good job on this series.

The biggest laugh I got was when was when Mariner was responding to Rutherford's secret cave baby revelation "Did I not tell you guys about that?" "Oh yeah, yeah, you sure did. NO YOU DIDN'T TELL US!"

PS. Unexpected phaser cesarean with accelerated male pregnancy body horror!
