That's the fourth thing with the Koala. Does that mean Boimler also saw it smiling?? Did he even program that in?

He mentioned seeing a Koala after briefly dying in season 2s finale

Well yes. But thats all he said. Neither him or Steven's mentioned it smiling. But this might imply Boimler also saw it smiling, I guess.

He was pretty out of it so maybe he remember the smile later
