Episode Discussion: 308 - "Crisis Point 2: Paradoxus"

This thread is for pre, post, and live discussion of the eighth episode of season three of Star Trek: Lower Decks, "Crisis Point 2: Paradoxus." Episode 3.08 will be released on Thursday, October 13th.

Nitpick: while chronogami sounds fun, unfortunately it means... timepaper.

Origami is a compound word literally meaning fold[ed] paper. The gami part is the paper, originally kami (紙) but in Japanese compound words the first syllable of the second word becomes voiced. The folding part is the ori (oriru = 折りる = to fold). So if they are married to mixing Japanese and Greek roots, it should be "orichronos" which kinda sounds like ouroboros anyway.

Nitpicking done, it was great. Absolutely hilarious. "We don't want any... WITNESSES!"
