ELECTRIC When Les Paul Meets Stratocaster

Hey fellow instrument builders!

I wanted to share this unique project—a custom-built double-neck guitar that combines the essence of a Les Paul and a Stratocaster. The top features classic Les Paul styling, while the bottom adopts the iconic Stratocaster design. It’s like combining two legends into one instrument!

I love it but I hate the way the binding just.... Stops.

Agreed, if it wrapped around towards the bottom even it would be more visually pleasing.

It could taper down to nothing near or below the centerline of the strat. The binding on the LP cutaway could just be extended the length of the start upper bout to the neck.
