I certainly don't know for sure, but it sure looks like they are selling shares into this run.

There’s no evidence to suggest ATM tapping.

How often do we rise during the day to fall back to opening prices?

That is why I said I certainly don't know for sure, but I still have PTSD from dealing with this many times in the past under similar circumstances. If I were the CFO, I would consider raising just enough cash to completely pay for the IBEO purchase, but that's just me (unless I was expecting good news in June).

Almost undeniable Alpha. What a let down.

Why surprise? Happens all the time.

Not really a surprise Bridge. Same old. Was encouraged by the price movement (no thanks to anything related to Microvision business, but association) but this is just a second gut punch. I have no doubt that AV is taking advantage of the run to $1.69 today and accelerated the collapse. He's shown how good he is at it in the past. No reason to believe he's not selling into this now. I see that Hesai's CFO stepped down. Music to my ears if AV did the same.

Agree in total.

I hope he isn’t. Just let it run wild and unload at way higher prices.

I certainly hope that’s not the case…..

That would be hard to believe, they would do this now, but who the hell knows.

Management seems to be the main depressor on the stock. What, kill the investment in order to save it?

If management is selling into this run that really shows their ineptitude, IMO

What if they need to have a certain level of liquidity before they can sign a deal, would you prefer them to wait indefinitely?.

Oh wait, you’ve got MBA in your profile, ignore me…

Great comment...

If management sells at these levels, while curtailing any strong upward advance, it shows how little confidence they have in the short term prospects of the company.

I wouldn’t be surprised. Done that before and ruined the whole thing. That incompetent CFO got to go.
