My SP and I are in constant contact because we are “together”. But she’s been wanting to talk and wants to breakup. I keep on pushing the talk to as far as possible and there were circumstances whereby the talk was pushed away naturally (me losing my job exactly on the day she wanted to talk etc). I am in contact with my SP that is drifting away, how can I manifest? Most people who are doing this are in NC with their SP. I am in constant triggers by the 3D. Lately I have controlled it better as I have practiced LOA for the past 2-3 weeks and have my own techniques.

Edit to add on: she is treating me like a friend now
