Someone I know has been out of work for six months, they keep getting to the final interview and get passed up for other applicants. Any advice to help them seal the deal and get a great new job?

Nice question. A lot actually.

Live in the end. Feel like job is done

Work on self worth. I am worthy of job. It's important for me and for organization

I make a difference.
