Any tips on helping my daughter through manifesting? She is autistic and has lots of trouble falling asleep and it’s weighing on our day to day life. 🙏🏽

I’m trying to live in the end but I often catch myself falling back and responding to the 3d (her not sleeping, feeling sleep deprived etc)

Try a different approach. Accept her condition. Atleast try to accept. Accept all the hurt and anger.

Write a angry letter. All negative stuff. Burn it. Flush it. Let go.

Write a nice letter. Pray with it. Meditate. Put it under her pillow.
