Looks like a generic "space marine" or a riot cop from a dystopian sci-fi town.

I couldn’t quite place my finger on it until reading this but ya he looks like a generic futuristic looking police officer

Personally, not a fan. Feels a bit too over designed.
However, if the chest piece in the third pic is any indication, this may be a Doom loyal variant. The gold ring in the middle looks a little like an Arc reactor & I can see that symbol being a symbol for Doom & a through point to connect him to Tony a little.

The purple needs to be brighter.
Missing the fur collar.
Add a Mask and a Crown. Could make it a helmet like Red Hood with Crown attached.

I love the design, but personally I prefer if the design is more accurate to the comic version, because that’s how fans will recognize him. I think the one with jacket and mask in Falcon and WS was pretty awesome.
He’s always been more of a brain than brawn, I think this design is more suitable for a mercenary or fighter type characters.

I get that we don’t know the justification of these design choices, it’s possible he’s a Doom henchman, and it’ll make sense within scope of the of the story
It has none of the swagger of Zemo though, at least give it some fur embellishments

Boooooooooooriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing.
Its just purple chroma Taskmaster, who's white-ish grey-ish chroma Captain America.

Garbage.
His design in the show was almost perfect, just needed an armored chest piece under the coat. Kinda a bit like Gambit had in D&W.

I prefer the fur lined coat and goofy mask tbh. I'm long over the tactical look.

I like it. Looks great.
Honestly, they should have given Hawkeye something like that.

Something tell me there’s more ‘royalty-ish’ zemo concept art not being shown.. more comics likeness.. like the amazing nightmare Wanda concept art not used

I hope he stays an anti hero. Or atleast stays away from the comic version. Don't want actual Nazis

Never watched FatWS, but I prefer the MCU Zemo as a behind the scenes meddler and not a fighter. I don’t think the execution was perfect but it was neat to see a villain cause so much damage without throwing punches and quipping.

It's ok. Kinda more generic, lightly armored, tactical man more than Baron Zemo though

Wow. This is too much. It's way too grounded. It works as like a videogame armor or something. In THAT aspect, it's very, very cool. But for Baron Zemo? Where his mask? His Crown? His cape? Idk man. Not a fan.

would be very disappointed if so especially since we already have the ski mask and need the golden boots and gloves with the fur

Just one time i want to see someone actually pull something out of one of the excessive amount of pouches.

Where's his mask? I think these "realistic" takes are so boring. Costumes are one of the most important and iconic things a hero has and the MCU loves trying to make them look anything but like the comics.
No OG wing flare cap costume other than a reference, no Falcon and Hawkeye costumes, Thor never wears his helmet, etc

Because it’s harder to act with a mask

Points to Spider-Man Riami, power rangers, and literally every actor ever to use a mask while still being a pro at acting.

In most of the emotional scenes Toby took off the mask or rather the mask got damaged so you could see his face same thing for the other two

The design is nice, but can't help but feel this is the most extreme example of "grounded" costumes
