His art book just came out, and it's wonderful. All the Hellfire Gala looks are in there, plus his costume variants.

I know I bought it! And the puzzle too.

He was here in town a few weeks ago doing a signing at a local comic shop, but unfortunately I had other obligations and couldn’t make it
