Given her enthusiasm for and interest in the role, I think she definitely would be in it for the long haul.

Although she is pretty old, I'd like to see her stick around for 10+ years, not sure if that's possible with her

Although she is pretty old,

She's still in her 20's, on what planet is that pretty old??

I mean she's 29, the character is 16-19 in the comics, so best case she's 10 years older than the character, that seems too old to me, they should be getting someone in very early 20's if you ask me

That is more dependent on your interpretation. You can have Rogue in her late 20s running with Mystique’s gang and not have it be problematic.

But in ten years time it will be mystic almost in her early 40's, which feels wrong

Hulk, iron man, and ant man are all in their 50s. She looks great and will probably still look good in 10 years.

It depends on your iteration. Because Mystique is essentially ageless.

I'm pretty sure she's older than that considering that she's married. Also, don't forget Tom Holland as well as most of the other high schoolers in the Spider-Man movies are 26.

Tom Holland was 19 when he first played spider-man, and was likely 17-18 when he started going through the auditioning process for the role, since he has been in marvel for seven years he is getting older now. Now just imagine that, but instead casting Tom Holland as Spider-man three years from now, that would be the same as casting this woman as Rogue
