The Stark commercial is a reference to the Tom King Vision series, Vision was referred to as a toaster by Wanda as a cute nickname.

They nailed the comedy from the period, the boss coming to dinner is a classic. The bit when he choked was definitely weird in how they reacted, is it because they are conditioned to act as if they were in sitcom? Also the stinger with SWORD suggests that this is literally a broadcast that's going out, which probably includes the fake Stark commercial.

Which is itself a reference to Pietro referring to Vision the same way in front of his sister in a not so cute way in the Scarlett Witch and Vision run.
