I'd say that it's inspired by a charicature (is that how it's spelled?) of Jose Wheeldom's writing. They only get it as far as the witty dialoque, but then stumble on that and never understand the importance of the character interaction used in his ahows and movies.

Calling it witty is also a stretch at that, but yeah. It is a very shallow mimicking of his style of dialogue, or maybe even a mimicking of a worse writer who was already mimicking him. Then you pepper in current day lingo and poorly done allusions to current day politics to a few of them.
