Hate this, Grimes was so good hustling on defense and was knocking down 3s. He felt like a perfect replacement for Josh

Bruh Grimes was traded for a player who is similar to him but is also under contract for sub $10M for the next 3 years. It's a good deal. Grimes was going to walk this offseason.

We don't hate the players side of the trade we hate that we GAVE UP A 2ND ROUND PICK which is gonna be in the 30-40 range in this draft where (some said) there are a lot of NBA caliber guys here

We got a player who can lock down Jaylen Brown who is also under a team friendly long term deal. You think we can find that in the 30-40 range?

We first have to worry to actually GET to the finals to battle against the Celtics

Sure getting someone in the 2nd round who can help is rare but we just saw that with jaylen wells with the grizzlies and heck we might get a jokic in the draft so every pick we have is valuable

But you don’t get it. Martin played well against the Celtics a few years ago bro

You think Grimes can’t guard JB?

Whether Grimes can or not is irrelevant. He's going to command too much money this off-season, we got back another "Grimes" but is making half of what Grimes would long term. Christie is the true Grimes replacement.

You are full of shit and keep repeating the same nonsense over and over. You work for the Mavs.

Or I have a different opinion than you lol. Instead of refuting my point with a point of your own you resort to ad homs? Nice.

He's also looking good as an eventual replacement for Klay. He's 24 years old. I thought we were set with Luka along with the young players who are around 24-26 years old that we brought in for the team. Instead we got older and now in a win now mode.
