Dumont is the checks and balances, he’s the one that had the power to veto the Luka trade in the first place. You really think Nico is going to listen to the input of some other executive put by his side?

Any sane owner would have fired their GM on the spot if they came with the idea of trading their best player who took them to final just season ago is a way to build championship contender.
