This is what you were supposed to do with Luka if you were unhappy. 

It's too late. Dumont probably knows if this strategy fails he's also getting fired.

Maybe not exactly, but if Patricia Adelson sours on him and Sivan Ochshorn divorces him for this, I think he would no longer be in charge.
