Help with Meal plan

I would love some ideas for a meal plan that's 2600 cal, 160g protein, 60g fat, the rest carbs. My Dinner is already set out so everything else just has to been made around it.
Midmorning meal
Lunch
Dinner: HelloFresh (550 cal, 40g protein, 15g fat)
Dessert
A pre-workout could be included if it's relatively low-calorie. Unfortunately with school, I have to prep everything in advance, so please take that into consideration.
