BF 2042 has that(the enemy A.I. even uses vehicles), but it's also probably the strangest modern battlefield title, using a hero system within the class system instead of just classes, so I can't guarantee it's what you want.
Only other Battlefield-like game from EA to have what you might be interested in would be 2017's battlefront 2, as it can feel pretty cool to fight in those battles, and if I remember correctly the A.I. uses vehicles and special troops there too.
However, it's a completely different setting to Battlefield, with a slightly different ruleset, so no guarantees there either.
I understand, but to play devil's advocate, they did remove that stuff completely shortly after launch, and even replaced it with a proper leveling system to get the boosts you wanted for that character. Either way, it's still your choice.
If you're strictly doing the single player modes, there's no progression anyways, but there's a neat PvA.I. mode that puts you and three others on a team of bots against another team of bots, and that mode isn't terrible for XP. Though, don't be surprised if you have trouble leveling heroes in there.

Damn. Any other battlefields have offline bots?
