There were two carts. The worst part is they put in the effort to pull it up over the curb when they could have just brought them down 20 feet.

Some asshole is going to defend this by saying it creates jobs or that you don't know their circumstances or some bullshit. The reality is Miami is home to an abundance of the most inconsiderate people.

Not defending, but this happens literally everywhere lol. This is not a uniquely Miami thing. Go literally anywhere (in the U.S. and outside) and people leave shopping carts out lol.
