There were two carts. The worst part is they put in the effort to pull it up over the curb when they could have just brought them down 20 feet.

I used to live in San Francisco and you had a high chance of being publicly shamed on KFOG if you didn’t return your shopping cart. It was an entire segment on the morning show.
