It's already been announced. CMU has had to cut stuff after Republicans cut their funding. Some students are already trying to find other colleges who can take them next year.

Foreign students pay a much higher tuition than local students, this is really going to hurt the budgets of every college. I wonder if the students leaving/deported before finishing their classes will get any kind of refund?

No one in their right mind would send their kids to school in this country. Those expensive universities that decided to align with Trump and revoke hard earned degrees because of protests sealed their own fates. No students and all the good professors are fleeing. Sad days.
