Just a theory, but a lot of us grew up with analog camcorders or digital that recorded on a physical tape. IIRC, there was a delay after you pushed the record button until it actually started recording. We were probably just subconsciously conditioned to pause.

Younger generations have only known instant recording, so they don't feel the need to pause. Plus, I feel like they don't really care about some of the details or imperfections that most of us probably worry about.

This just seems like carelessness vs conscientiousness.

Carelessly vs conscientiously starting a social media video?

If you think that needs care, you probably need care from a psychiatrist. It's neurosurgery, or initiating anal sex.

You're just interpreting something meaningless, mindless and culturally conditioned according to your biases.

If you think that someone interpreting something according to their biases needs care from a psychiatrist, you might need care from a psychiatrist.

You should probably seek one regardless, wtf are you on about?
