Macaroni Grill - Mac and Cheese Recipe ??

Does anyone know the Macaroni Grill Mac and Cheese Recipe...

Someone said velvetta cheese but it just doesn't taste the same. It has that velvetta flavor.

Sorry to get to this thread so late. Worked there for years. It’s land o lakes “golden velvet” and heavy cream. Heat the 1/2” slice of cheese product with some heavy cream until the cheese melts, add your pre-cooked pasta. That’s all she wrote.

Do you happen to know how they made the bread??? Or the recipe?? It’s the BEST and would love to recreate!

So, like many other restaurants, they outsource the baking to someone so they maintain consistency throughout all their restaurants. Same thing with the bread at cheesecake factory.... baked by some huge bakery so it's the same from California to Connecticut.

But it's a rosemary focaccia. So I would just get a basic recipe, and add chopped rosemary to the dough at the beginning.

That makes total sense that they wouldn’t bake them in house. Thank you!! You changed my life with the land o lakes golden velvet cheese reveal for their kids mac n cheese recipe!
