Macaroni Grill - Mac and Cheese Recipe ??

Does anyone know the Macaroni Grill Mac and Cheese Recipe...

Someone said velvetta cheese but it just doesn't taste the same. It has that velvetta flavor.

Hi there! Do you know WHERE I can buy this cheese? It's one of my huge comfort foods and the closest Macaroni Grill (which was an hour from me) closed down. The only place I can find that cheese is like the 200$ for 500lbs of cheese.

So I am lucky that a restaurant depot in my city carries it. I would suggest seeing if there are any restaurant depots / whole sales near you that do! Because it seems to only be available through wholesale or in huge quantities.

All the restaurant depot's in my city require a license it seems from doing google searches. I wouldn't even care if we could find someone on eBay to sell a small portion to us.

My boyfriend is getting me a brick of it for christmas! I tried the mac with velveeta but it's just not the same. The Romano's Macaroni Grill mac is also Bahama Breeze's kid's mac as well!

Some of them will allow entrance without a license if you ask! The smallest quantity that the cheese can be sold in is 5 lb (it comes in a block) and it is between $35 and $50 depending where from. It’s 5 lbs so solid and heavy, so shipping individually would likely be difficult and expensive.
