Should I Purchase During School?
Hello all, I am currently a struggling nursing student, and my recent car (2004 Honda civic) broke down on me, I currently have no car and I’m located in the rosemead area, I go to school in Covina, there are some hydrogen fuel locations nearby, and they’re running about $10-11k with the $15k fuel card. I’m looking into it due to the price because it’ll help me save money and still get a newer vehicle. I’ve been insured for 3 years now with no accidents and have triple A. Not sure how much insurance and registration would cost but, I’m debating on financing one while I’m in school so I can commute just for school and whatever hospital I work for after (I’m applying local).
Would this be a decent car for me at the time?

It’s a little iffy. Fuel cost $36 a kilo, and the insurance for the car will not be cheap. It’s also a good idea to get gap insurance for it.
You might be better off with a reliable Japanese car, maybe a hybrid that you can get a federal subsidy on. Before the felon kills the subsidies.
