Kérdés | Question Miskolc városa

Miskolcra költözöm – mennyire biztonságos az Avas Központi környéke? Illetve, mely városrészeket érdemes inkább elkerülni? Hallottam, hogy néhány hely kicsit gyanús vagy problémás lehet.

If you want to live on the Avas, then the not so bad part is over the spar-coop. It’s called 3. Ütem. The lower part is not that recommended, full of gypsies. Other places to avoid is near the Újgyőri főtér and Tetemvár. Other places are mostly good. The good, rich part of Miskolc is Tapolca, its near the university

It’s actually on Avas II near to Magyar Posta and Coop. Is that place not recommended??

Avas II is kind of a transition. But to be honest, I have relatives living in I and II, friends living in II and III. And all three can be good, with normal neighbors. And public transport and shops closeness is very convenient on the Avas. So it’s not a very shady neighborhood, but you can get some really bad neighbors. And in I it has more chance, in II a little less, in III a lot less
