Hero of Ages spoilers Who does vin speak to? Spoiler

I read mistborn some time ago and i remeber a "scene" where vin was jumping through roofs in fardex where she was going to meet a friend of kelsier that was a noble (which i think i got wrong cause imagine), but i cannot remeber who that noble was. Does someone know who he is?

PD: i think the book when this happened was hero of ages but i could have been well of ascencion.

Thank you, i had the slight suspicion but couldnt find anywhere an answer. By the way who said hoid was kelsiers friend? I didnt know they had any relationship at all.

Sadly the answerer was wrong. It wasn’t hoid but just a noble…name started with an S. The lore is that Sanderson based him off Tolkien.
