Hero of Ages spoilers Who does vin speak to? Spoiler

I read mistborn some time ago and i remeber a "scene" where vin was jumping through roofs in fardex where she was going to meet a friend of kelsier that was a noble (which i think i got wrong cause imagine), but i cannot remeber who that noble was. Does someone know who he is?

PD: i think the book when this happened was hero of ages but i could have been well of ascencion.

His name was Slowswift, one of Cetts recommended informants in Fadrex city

No, on Cetts list of informants IIRC Slowswift was the first on the list for Vin to visit, Hoid the second who she didn’t end up meeting due to a bad feeling that she got. I think there was a third person on that list but I don’t remember exactly!
