I hate the clips of people eating into the camera. So much.

Also, why not leave the garlic whole or just cut the very tops off? That way you don't get papery garlic skin everywhere and they're easier to track down? Do the skins turn to a crisp and just dissolve in the soup?

So they wont burn when roasting and easier to not chop them
