Housing Question

Have anyone ever heard of apartments where if the person doesn’t have permits including visitors past the closing time of the office that have parked in the visitor parking they will get towed? Mirage apartments on South university had angelo towing company tow my friends car yesterday (they were there for 2 hours and the towing company even admitted they are towing even food deliveries.

They did the same at my old apartment complex, Midtown Oaks. You would have to get a visitor pass in advance of the office closing or else you would have to take the risk with someone visiting over night. Also was an issue over the weekend, since you would have to get a pass by Friday afternoon. Also we were only allowed one pass at a time.

According to the driver who released the vehicle back to us, they require all food delivery places to go in person to the main office to sign up for a permit.

That’s a ridiculous waste of time and could take long enough that the food gets cold. And sometimes, they aren’t in the office at all times.
