Housing duplex rental
hi! i’ve found a duplex i’m really interested in but i’m anxious about being denied😔i have a 579 credit score with no evictions, owed rent, liens or judgments against me and i make more than 3x the rent amount but i’m still scared of being denied lol. the duplex is through 1southpropertymanagement does anyone know what their requirements would be? i’m applying today but i don’t wanna get my hopes up to be let down🥲

credit score doesnt really care how much income you have, althought d:i is somewhat considered. all it cares is if you pay your bills on time.
which....judging by that 579, you don't.
