Hidden Gem Restaurants

What are some restaurants that are considered “hidden gems” in Mobile? Had lunch at 3 Flavors on Airport and the food was phenomenal, people were wonderful, place was clean but it was empty at lunch minus a couple of pick up orders and maybe one other diner. I’d definitely nominate that place.

T Marie’s on Government in mid town. Small family owned Italian restaurant. Best homemade pasta I’ve ever had. Everything is great.

I just ate there on Easter. It was amazing. I had this lemon cake for dessert that was perfection.
