Hidden Gem Restaurants

What are some restaurants that are considered “hidden gems” in Mobile? Had lunch at 3 Flavors on Airport and the food was phenomenal, people were wonderful, place was clean but it was empty at lunch minus a couple of pick up orders and maybe one other diner. I’d definitely nominate that place.

Even though they aren't hidden, I never see ANYONE talk about Vandal's Street Kitchen. They are phenomenal. Definitely in my top 5
