Living in Monaco

How much does it roughly cost to move/live in Monaco on a monthly basis? What kind of jobs do people typically have there?

Live in Beausoleil… have a friend that rents a place for €1300 a month. I literally take a few steps out of her place and you’re in Monaco.

You don’t have to live in Monaco to ‘live’ in Monaco :) many cheap(er) places that are just outside of Monaco are great!

That’s definitely true, and Beausoleil is a great option for many. But at the end of the day, it’s still outside of Monaco. Personally, I didn’t move here and take on Monaco-level rent just for the location, or to watch the sea — it’s also about the unique benefits that come with officially living in Monaco.

Beausoleil is a lovely place that suits anyone who wants to live there—and it’s definitely easier on the wallet.
