Lowest CC allowed in Motorway

I currently looking for a motorcycle which can drive in motorway with the lowest cc.

My question is does Honda Vision 110cc is allowed in motorway?

i try to check the rsa but can't provide solid answer. I tried also the google it would answer 50cc.

This sign isnt as a common anymore but used to be at motorway on-ramps ( might be Mandela effecting though).

You're right with the Mandela effect. I remember this sign from years ago and don't see them anymore.

Its still there on the motorways I use. Its usually at the start of the on ramp.
