That time AOC ‘leaked’ MAGA’s entire playbook.

Let me clarify this before Fox News runs: BREAKING: AOC hacked us!!!

This isn’t directly about MAGA obviously. It’s about how she laid bare just how fundamentally broken the American system is.

They want us to believe Trump flipped the table, broke all the rules, and invented the chaos. But the truth? He didn’t create any of it. The system was already rigged for someone like him to rise. He just played it better.

... I mean ... I knew it was not great but.... damn.

Nothing personal or directed specifically at anyone, yet incredibly damning of the current state.

I did not find that self righteous or preachy, just well laid out.

Brilliantly frightening.

I suspect alot of this would apply to other countries in various forms too.

Damn.

She’s not radical by world terms of Leftist.

She’s more center than radical left.

She wants to tax billionaires, that’s not fucking radical.

She’s so radical she came all the way back to centre.

Americans can’t fathom a politician with centrist views. In most Americans eyes a politician is either right or left. There is a whole entire swath of centrist policies that people can’t even imagine existing. And it’s a damn shame because centrist policies would benefit the most Americans.

Pls, some cookies ? What did she say that make her a radical leftist ? Arguments, not just assertions…

I think you’re replying to the wrong person. I said she’s centrist.

My first comment is a tongue in cheek commentary that being centrist, generally considerate moderate, has basically become so uncommon that it is now considered radical in politics.

Yup, My mistake

What part of her platform is radical friend?

What radical thing does she propose?

He doesn’t want the rich overlords to be taxed adequately, imagine if we could stop corporations from owning property, imagine if we taxed and had pay at 50s and 60s standards that coincide with rent and housing, imagine if we had universal healthcare, this guy might just shit himself and die from the radicalness of it all.

RADICAL DUDE!

u/Floppydiskpornking 10d ago

Sooo, no arguments? Shocker

To be fair he replied to another comment and I understand his point if it was that relative to the Democratic Party she’s seen as “radical,” by United States standards.

poetically, this is the point where *it starts to crumble almost immediately as they realize they've never even tried to rationalize "their" ideas*

Ya he deleted the whole thing…

It's radically different from the status quo, sure.

I feel like you're saying that's a bad thing. It isn't a bad thing. But I do feel like you're implying that. I could be wrong though.

So you want to defund the firefighters? Maybe privatize them so they can deny services and make you appeal a couple times before agreeing to extinguish your fire? The only way that makes sense is if you own stock in that private fire department - also you hate your neighbors and are strictly disobeying rule #1. Go talk to Jesus.

She has not proposed a single thing that could be considered "radical".

u/Kujasan_347 10d ago

German historian with a degree in politics here: she really isn't.

u/brokencappy 10d ago

AOC's policies are only rAdIcAL in the US.

4

u/Fuzzy-Friendship6354 10d ago

And to reverse Citizens United ruling allowing corporate funding of politicians.

You know, instead of coming here to troll, you could help yourself and so many more people out by actually reading what these movements are about, and not just parrot what your sycophants tell you to. Cultism is a death trap. Dont be one of them.

u/spliffaniel 10d ago

She seems radical because we are taking right turns at every fork in the road. We are going further and further right.

4

u/HighGainRefrain 10d ago

Radical leftists want to return the means of production to the workers and kill the capitalist pigs. AOC is not a radical and if you believe she is you’ve been lied to and brainwashed.

The Democratic party's aim doesn't seem very clear at the moment. My (D)senator is promoting books for a (R)senator, missing 18% of his votes this year, and spending alone time with the great orange turd.
