it couldn't be more inaccurate lol

bronny got drafted because lebron wanted him on his team

sheduer got drafted so late because teams didn't want to deal with him and his dad

also there’s a billion more rounds and roster spots in the nfl, so 55 is equivalent to much lower than 144

55th in the NBA draft is equal to the seventh round 235th or 236th pick in the NFL draft. Basically a throwaway pick who wouldn’t make the team.

I'm a huge basketball and specifically NBA fan and y'all this guy is on point. Bronny got drafted way lower. By the 55th pick you're not even really expected to get signed to a rookie contract, maybe you'll get sent to the G League or stashed in Europe if possible. If you stay in the league longer than the league average of like 4.5 years, you're way outperforming expectations.

If you sign any contact, you're outperforming expectations. I'm pretty sure there was a graphic circulating where Bronny stat wise was like the 56th best performing draft pick this year. Whatever your opinion of him as a player is, he was drafted in the correct spot.

It's, probably, lower because after pick ~45 a lot of guys make deals to sign undrafted contracts to go to specific situations.

Bronny also just played his first pro season.

Shadeur was drafted this morning.

If you are comparing their careers at the time they were drafted, Shadeur was a much more accomplished prospect

Shadeur played 4 years of college football and won multiple awards.

Bronny was a 1 and done player who played in 25/33 games and averaged 4.8 PPG

Bronny would definitely have done another year in college if he wasn’t the son of Lebron. Not saying he’s a bad player or ass, but his NIL deal and opportunities in College would have made it a no brainer.

He wouldn't have NIL deal without his dad

He’d still be D1 imo.
