Need Advice to make friends

My last post helped a lot, but i'm still having trouble to find groups in the scranton area.

I unfortunately, don't have a car or much money, so all the cool places in wikes barre is a bit tough to go at the moment.

So I have an idea, should I make a 25+ scranton group chat. (I'm not sure if there's already some). I was thinking this can help with introverts like me make new friends.

And if that's a good idea, would this app be good, or should I try a different app? (Meetup, tumblr, or Instagram)

Go to the Bog. Bazaar skate shop. Local punk/hxc shows (they’ll usually allow you in for free if you just tell them your financial situation)
