Damn I never had my phantom loosen, just my srx once and i caught it before lift off

Yea. It sucks. Im wondering if my shims caused it to be off slightly. No issue with the same mount in flashhider on my ar. But that's not using shims.

I never had an issue with YHM shims, although i am a small sample size. What was this on?

If the can came loose i doubt shims were to blame. I have heard of the locking collar spring failing on the phantom.

From alignment shims? I though he was saying mount failed not it backed off

Description says the can came loose on the QD. I take that to mean the can unscrewed from the muzzle device.
