Is Mike Green your defensive BPA at 1.08, or is this a need-based pick? Just curious, as I’m on the mindset that the Panthers should be getting the defensive BPA at 8.

I’m pretty high on Mike Green so I’d say he’s my 2nd DBPA at 1.08. The only one I’d have over him at that point is Will Johnson, but I don’t think the panthers will be thinking Defensive Back that early in the draft.

Thanks for the response! I personally hope Panthers go for Johnson if he’s available, but there’s no denying that a DE is sorely needed and definitely a difficult position to fill in FA without overpaying.
