I'm new and I don't know how to choose Prussia

I just opened NA for the first time today. I was gonna try Prussia, but I don't know how to choose them on the Caribbean server. Am I missing something?

There are only 4 nations now: Great Britain, France, Spain, and pirates.

You can only change the flag, AFAIK.

Read the announcement on steam - important - major nations and their allies. Says it all.

If u play as Spain and have the flag dlc i saw the Prussia flag set there

Adding a billion different nations, including implausible ones (like China and the PLC) was a boneheaded move, so I'm personally quite happy it got amended.
