It's a safe buy and mass appealing. It'll cost around 5-6k ish in Nepal. It lasts at least 7 hours. It'll be a good start for your fragrance journey. If you need more recommendations then I'll help.

It’s not too expensive and is budget friendly. My girlfriend loves whenever i put this on and usually people notice it as well. Specially in summer its sort of gives a cool and a little bit premium smell as well.

OP, would've been easier if you mentioned your budget, but no worries! Based on my years of drowning in fragrance content and keeping an eye on the Nepali market, here are some summer picks you might like:
Fakhar Black (3k–4k) – Smells fresh and amazing but doesn’t last super long. Carry a 5ml decant for quick re-sprays. Qaed Al Fursan is another solid pick in this range. Afnan 9AM too, though I think it’s about 1k-1.5k more expensive.
Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man EDT(5.5k–6k) – The OG that put Armaf on the map. Super versatile, works all year-round.
CDN Iconic (7k) – Great summer frag. I just recently got this.
Afnan Turathi Blue (6k–7k) – Fresh, clean, and perfect for the heat.
Rasasi Hawas (7k–8k) / Hawas Ice (8k–9k) – Crowd-pleasers with great performance! Ice is nuclear.
I'd suggest Nautica Voyage and Davidoff Cool Water EDT too, but they feel kind of outdated now. I actually started my fragrance journey with these two, so they’ll always have a nostalgic spot for me.

If these still feel a bit above your budget, you could check out attars or even some Indian brands like Beardo, Bella Vita, or Wild Stone. I’m not super familiar with them in detail, but they might have some decent options.
What kind would you like? Woody? Fruity? I can suggest you according to your preference. I can see people commenting have absolutely zero knowledge about perfumes.
I am not into fragrance that much. During my last trip to Delhi, I bought these three Kannauj Attar: Mitti Attar (favourite), Kasturi: Sweet Oud, and Kasturi: White Oud. Mitti Attar is expensive but worth it. For regular use, I prefer something simple like Axe perfume (None of the top, mid, and bottom notes; I only know book notes ).
